Job Description
Duronyx Canada Inc. is actively recruiting reliable, professional, and motivated Sprinter Van Owner Operators for seasonal parcel delivery opportunities in Whitby, Durham Region, and Peterborough, Ontario. We are seeking dedicated individuals who own or lease a qualifying full-size cargo van and are committed to providing efficient, dependable, and professional delivery services. This opportunity offers competitive per-parcel compensation, additional monthly incentives, and a three-month seasonal contract. Previous courier or parcel delivery experience is an asset but is not mandatory. Compensation & Incentives Competitive Per-Parcel Payment Structure
- First 6 Weeks: $1.70 per parcel
- Final 6 Weeks: $1.80 per parcel
- Approximately 100–150 parcels daily, subject to route availability
- Estimated Monthly Gross Earnings: $4,080–$8,100
- Biweekly payments
- Full-time seasonal opportunities, up to 7 days per week Additional Incentives $200 Monthly Fuel Allowance An additional $200 fuel allowance will be provided upon successful completion of each month throughout the three-month contractual period. Complimentary Oil Change One complimentary oil change will be provided upon successful completion of the entire three-month contract. Work Schedule & Availability
- Early Morning Deliveries: Daily delivery operations are expected to begin at approximately 7:00 a.m.
- Work Schedule: Full-time seasonal assignments, with opportunities to work up to seven days per week.
- Contract Duration: Three months.




- Applicants must be available for early morning starts and capable of completing their assigned delivery routes. Actual schedules may vary depending on operational requirements and route availability. Vehicle Requirements Preference Will Be Given To:
- Mercedes-Benz Sprinter
- Ford Transit (Full-Size) Other Accepted Vehicles:
- GMC Savana
- Chevrolet Express
- Ram ProMaster (Full-Size) No Minimum Vehicle Age Requirement Vehicles must be mechanically sound, roadworthy, clean, reliable, and professionally presentable. Compact cargo vans, minivans, SUVs, and passenger vehicles are not eligible. Mandatory Driver Qualifications All applicants must meet the following

requirements:
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s Licence
- Current Three-Year Driver’s Abstract demonstrating an acceptable driving history
- Satisfactory Police Criminal Record Check
- Valid vehicle insurance appropriate for commercial parcel delivery operations
- Ownership or lease of an eligible full-size cargo van
- Ability to complete approximately 100–150 parcel deliveries daily, depending on route assignments
- Availability for early morning starts
- Commitment to the full three-month seasonal contract

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, load, organize, and deliver assigned parcels.
- Complete deliveries accurately and efficiently.
- Follow designated delivery routes and operational schedules.
- Maintain professional customer service standards.




- Ensure proper handling and secure transportation of parcels.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety, and roadworthiness.
- Follow applicable traffic laws, safety regulations, and delivery procedures.

Additional Information Estimated monthly gross earnings of $4,080–$8,100 are based on delivering approximately 100–150 parcels per day over 24–30 working days at the applicable per-parcel rate. Actual earnings depend on assigned parcel volume, route availability, and working days. Earnings and daily parcel quantities are not guaranteed. The $200 monthly fuel allowance is additional to parcel earnings and is payable upon successful completion of each month. One complimentary oil change is provided upon successful completion of the three-month contract. Pay: $4,080.00-$8,100.00 per month
