Job Overview Restaurant Servers welcome guests, guide them through menu options, take orders, and coordinate with the kitchen to deliver attentive, efficient service. This role combines hospitality, accurate order handling, and a clean, safe dining setting. Duties
- Greet guests, answer questions, describe menu items, and provide friendly customer service throughout the visit.
- Take and enter orders using POS systems, including Micros POS where applicable; communicate requests clearly to kitchen colleagues.
- Serve food and beverages, check guest satisfaction, handle payments and cash accurately, and suggest suitable menu additions.
- Maintain clean tables and service areas, follow food safety and sanitation practices, and support food preparation as needed. Qualifications Required: Clear communication, customer service,



time management, basic math, accurate POS order entry, cash handling, and safe, sanitary food handling are practical capabilities for serving guests and coordinating orders. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, hospitality, guest services, cashiering, serving, food preparation, or kitchen experience, including familiarity with Micros POS, upselling, and food industry practices.
