- Deliver lessons or activities aligned with session goals and participants’ learning needs.
- Explain ideas clearly, invite questions, and use practical examples to encourage participation.
- Monitor engagement and understanding, adjusting instruction and offering constructive guidance as needed.
- Maintain an organized, respectful learning environment and coordinate with colleagues on session needs.

Experience
- Required: Clear communication, teaching ability, patience, and the practical skills to guide group learning, explain material, and respond constructively to questions. Preferred: Classroom experience and prior teaching are valuable strengths, along with adaptability, organization, and a collaborative approach to supporting learners.

- Must be willing to teach on campus, online and possibly away on location at times Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 – 40.0 per week Work
