Overview The Shift Supervisor coordinates day-to-day store operations, supports the team on shift, and helps deliver attentive customer service and strong retail sales. This hands-on role combines team leadership with practical oversight of sales-floor and checkout activities. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach team members, support training and development, and help with recruiting and interviewing.
- Coordinate merchandising, pricing, purchasing, and promotional activity while monitoring sales and budgets.
- Oversee POS transactions, cashiering, and cash handling; assist with payroll and routine administrative or bookkeeping tasks.
- Organize shift priorities, communicate updates, and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and sound judgment. Your impact: Clear direction and reliable service help customers shop confidently and colleagues work effectively.



Experience Required: Practical leadership, communication, organization, time management, basic math, and customer-service skills to coordinate people, transactions, and daily priorities. Preferred: Supervising experience in retail sales, customer service, or store operations, with strengths in team management, retail or sales management, merchandising, POS, cash handling, pricing, budgeting, payroll, purchasing, recruiting, interviewing, bookkeeping, marketing, negotiation, phone etiquette, or bilingual or multilingual communication. Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
