Full-time Expected Start Date: November 30, 2026 Application Deadline: November 12, 2026 As a Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and accurately handling domestic, transborder, and international travel arrangements. You’ll play a key role in bringing our clients’ travel dreams to life.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong focus on customer service
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Apollo,



Galileo Vacations, and airline/wholesaler booking platforms is considered an asset Education and

Experience:

- Previous experience in a retail travel agency is preferred (2–3 years ideal)
- An existing book of business is considered a solid asset
- Post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism is an advantage
- TICO Certification is preferred. If not currently certified, candidates must be willing to complete certification within 3 months of employment Hours and Work

Location:

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- In-person work required at our Stratford office
