Job Description
HD development group is seeking a Skilled laborer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate requires to have a background in construction, read and interpret plans, and follow instructions.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure that all work is performed in a safe, efficient, and productive manner
- Perform general labor task such as digging, lifting, and moving supplies
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
- Assit with site preparation, cleanup, and material delivery.
- Abilityto manage multiple task and priorities on an active construction site
- Able to work independently
- Ability to perform physically demanding task including lifting, bending, standing and climbing up stairs.




- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently in a fast paced environment

Requirements:
- 2 years of construction experience
- Ability to use common hand and power tools
- Physically able to lift materials and perform manual labor
- Robust work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of job-site safety practices
- Valid driver's license and transportation
- Ability to read plans and drawings. Communicate with co-workers and supervisors.

Job Type
Full-time Pay: From $25.00 per hour
