Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced Tracked Log Loader Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a tracked log loader to load CTL (Cut-to-Length) wood safely and efficiently. The ideal applicant will have experience operating log-loading equipment, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining a secure and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely and efficiently operate a tracked log loader to load CTL wood onto trucks or other designated areas.
- Handle and position logs carefully to maximize loading efficiency and maintain stable, secure loads.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
- Keep equipment clean and ensure it is operated and maintained according to company procedures.




- Follow all workplace safety policies and operating procedures.
- Communicate effectively with truck drivers, ground personnel, and other team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Job Type
Full-time Pay: $34.00-$40.00 per hour
