This role combines practical treatment skills,



accurate client documentation, and professional customer service to support a welcoming, organized care experience. Duties
- Discuss client needs, relevant health information, and session preferences before treatment, using medical terminology appropriately.
- Deliver massage treatments suited to the client’s stated needs and comfort, checking in and adjusting techniques as appropriate.
- Maintain clear, accurate session notes and handle client information with discretion.
- Prepare and maintain a clean, orderly treatment space and communicate relevant updates to colleagues.
- Your impact: Thoughtful care and clear records help clients feel supported and enable colleagues to coordinate service smoothly. Skills Required: Practical massage treatment skills, clear communication, customer service, and the ability to document client information accurately are essential to delivering attentive sessions and maintaining organized care.
