Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 309A Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing new electrical systems across various low rise, mid rise and commercial construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that all electrical work complies with ESA standards and technical specifications, contributing to the seamless operation. - Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide installation and repair work
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems including low voltage wiring, power distribution, and control panels
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to perform electrical tasks on construction sites
- Install conduit for power circuits and make all connections
- Conduct inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety codes and industry standards
- Collaborate with team members on renovation projects, providing handyman-level electrical support as needed Skills
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
- Proven experience as an electrician within construction environment
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
- Knowledge of low voltage systems and their installation/maintenance requirements




- Experience with Fire Alarm systems
- Solid understanding of electrical codes, safety protocols, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs with a proactive problem-solving attitude Skills Required: Practical electrical experience, blueprint and schematic reading, and confident use of hand tools and power tools support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting duties. Low-voltage knowledge and the ability to work carefully through construction or renovation tasks are valuable capabilities for this role. Preferred: Industrial electrician experience, construction experience, familiarity with programmable logic controllers, and handyman experience can strengthen your ability to adapt to varied projects and equipment.
