Job Overview As a Food Counter Attendant, you’ll prepare and serve food, process orders, and maintain a clean, welcoming counter. You’ll use sound time management to keep service moving while treating each customer with care. Duties
- Prepare and serve food according to established food safety and sanitation practices, keeping the counter and work area clean.
- Take customer orders, operate POS systems, including Micros POS where applicable, and handle cash and payments accurately.
- Use basic math for transactions, answer questions, and suggest suitable additional items through attentive, helpful service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service colleagues to manage orders and maintain an efficient flow. Your impact: accurate, friendly service helps customers enjoy a smooth visit. Requirements Required: Practical food preparation,



food handling, sanitation, food safety, cashiering, cash handling, POS, basic math, customer service, and time management skills support safe, accurate service. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, kitchen, or broader food industry experience; familiarity with Micros POS, serving, and thoughtful upselling can help you contribute confidently and support a positive customer experience.
- OPA experience considered an asset Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 35.0 per week
