You’ll assist with one of our growing skilled digital beauty brands, and you’ll also be the person riding along with him, driving a company vehicle to meetings, salons, and events around the GTA. This is a long-term opportunity. We’ll train you, give you real ownership, and expect you to grow into a senior assistant and brand coordinator role. Our current assistant came up the same way. Your day-to-day
- Meet first thing and drive the company vehicle to meetings, events, and errands while supporting the owner throughout the day
- Reply to comments and DMs, and build connections
- Help run the brand’s daily operations: outreach, follow-ups, mailouts, and project tracking
- Maintain content calendars and trackers in Excel or Google Sheets
- Treat confidential information with care and discretion
- Take on more as you learn and prove yourself What you bring
- A real feel for social media, with examples you can show us (personal, freelance, or professional accounts all count)
- Confidence filming and editing short-form content on your phone, using apps like CapCut, Canva, or similar




- A good eye for visuals and trends, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
- A valid Ontario G licence and a clean driving record (recent abstract required; must be insurable)
- Comfort driving across the GTA, including the 401, 407, and QEW, downtown, and in winter or at night
- A home within a 20-30 minute commute of Islington Ave & Burnhamthorpe Rd, so you can reliably start on time
- Organization, reliability, and a friendly way with people
- A habit of taking initiative and following through without reminders
- Clear written and spoken communication
- Professionalism, punctuality, and discretion, plus willingness to complete a background check (with your consent, after a conditional offer)
- Eligibility to work in Canada
- Two professional references Bonus points
- Background in beauty, salon, or media
- Familiarity with scheduling tools, analytics, or paid social ads
- Sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience
- Past assistant or coordinator experience
- First Aid/CPR Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work
