Accounts Payable Clerk TruePlay, Toronto, ON

About the role
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team in downtown Toronto. You will make sure our suppliers are paid accurately and on time, and you will keep our payables records clean and up to date. What you will do
- Receive, review and enter supplier invoices
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving records
- Prepare weekly payment runs by cheque and EFT
- Answer supplier questions by phone and email
- Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on differences
- Help with month end close and expense reports What we are looking for
- 1 to 2 years of accounts payable or bookkeeping experience
- Experience with QuickBooks, Sage or a similar accounting system




- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Accurate, organized and comfortable with deadlines
- College diploma in accounting or business is an asset

- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
