- Drafting, reviewing, and organizing tender packages, subcontracts, and primary agreements to protect against legal or financial risk.
- Assessing, verifying, and issuing progress claims or interim payment certificates to contractors based on completed work.
- Tracking day-to-day operations to ensure work adheres strictly to project specifications, schedules, and legal requirements.
- Managing scope modifications, tracking cost impacts, and issuing formal contract amendments when designs or site conditions change.
- Evaluating requests for extensions of time (EOTs), mediating disagreements, and helping resolve conflicts.
- Maintaining logs of RFIs (requests for information), submittals, and meeting minutes, and issuing field reports and final certificates.




- Working with the team to ensure project success measured by client satisfaction, work quality, profitability, and fostering team professionalism and collaboration. REQUIRED

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum 5+ years in Contract Administration in Architectural industry.
- Diploma in Architectural Technology or related program, equivalent qualification.
- Certified Construction Contract Administrator Certification (CCCA) preferred.
- Familiarity with document control, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction management tools like Procore.
- Solid verbal and written skills to liaise smoothly between owners, general contractors, engineers, and sub-trades.
- Objective analytical thinking to interpret contract provisions and resolve disputes. Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
