About the role
We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented person to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll support everything from inventory and data to customer service and sales. This is an entry-level role, so we’ll teach you what you need to know. If you have ecommerce or Amazon experience, that’s a bonus. Duties
- Help with data entry and keep product, inventory, and order records accurate
- Monitor inventory levels, orders, and listings across Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify, and flag anything that looks off
- Support B2B sales by helping coordinate quotes, orders, and follow-ups with business customers
- Help with day-to-day operations so things keep moving smoothly
- Coordinate with our warehouse team on shipments, stock, and order fulfillment




- Spot inefficiencies and use AI tools to help find faster, better ways to get things done Nice to have
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, or Shopify
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to speed up everyday work
- Interest in growing with a fast-moving ecommerce brand Qualifications Required: Strong organization, clear written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and basic computer skills are practical capabilities for coordinating tasks, maintaining records, and sharing updates. Preferred: Experience supporting ecommerce or other business operations, along with familiarity with digital tools and team-oriented workflows, can help you contribute effectively and adapt to changing priorities. Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
