We create seasonless cashmere essentials that combine thoughtful design, natural comfort and everyday versatility. Our 100% cashmere pieces are designed to move with you, from daily routines to work, travel and rest. Beyond our products, we’re building a community through creative collaborations, pop-up experiences and meaningful connections inspired by fashion, culture and the cities we call home. We’re looking for a personable, proactive and fashion-minded Sales Representative to join our team and help bring the Mysto experience to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a thoughtful, personalized shopping experience that reflects Mysto’s brand and values.
- Get to know each customer’s needs and offer product recommendations and styling suggestions.
- Build a strong understanding of our collections, including cashmere quality, knit structures, fit, fabric characteristics and garment care.
- Share the value of our products through engaging storytelling.
- Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Support sales targets and contribute to the brand’s growth.
- Maintain product presentation, merchandising, inventory and daily sales operations.
- Represent Mysto at pop-ups,



brand events and other customer-facing activities as needed.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve the shopping experience. Qualifications
- Fluent English and an outgoing personality.
- Experience in retail, sales, fashion or customer service is an asset.
- A genuine interest in fashion, styling, textiles and contemporary lifestyle brands.
- Solid communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
- A customer-first mindset and attention to detail.
- Curiosity about materials, craftsmanship and brand storytelling.
- Self-motivated, reliable and organized, whether working independently or as part of a team.
- Regular weekend availability and flexibility for occasional brand events.
