We own Anytime Fitness clubs in Manitoba and Alberta and we’re growing fast. We’re hiring a Member Onboarding Specialist to be the first voice people hear when they reach out to us. This role is a great place to learn sales from the ground up. It’s built to prepare you for one of our sales or management roles, and once you reach senior level you’re eligible to move into Club Manager or another Sales Manager position. Working on a kinesiology degree? The trainers who earn the most are the ones who can sell. This job teaches you how, and the part-time shifts fit around your classes. What you’ll do
- Call and text people who have asked about joining, usually within minutes of them reaching out
- Learn a bit about their goals and book them in for a tour of the club
- Follow up so they show up, and rebook anyone who misses
- Reconnect with people who asked

- You like talking to people and you’re comfortable on the phone all day
- You’re upbeat, quick and organized
- A “no” doesn’t throw you off
- You show up on time and you want to be measured on results
- You want a career in sales or management
- Sales, call centre or front desk experience helps, but we’ll train you What you get
- Part time, weekdays 9 am–1 pm or 4–8 pm, with the chance to move to full time
