Responsibilities:

- Manage, mentor, and develop personnel within the service department.
- Manage daily operations, scheduling, productivity, and the overall performance of the department.
- Provide customers with exceptional service, resolve concerns, and build relationships.
- Monitor costs, warranty procedures, service records, and compliance requirements.
- Work together with other departments in order to achieve an effective workflow and good customer service.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.

Requirements:





- Minimum of 5 years of automotive management or leadership experience.
- Previous Service Management or Fixed Operations experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record. Assets: Experience in Stellantis or Demetic dealership and PBS dealership management software.
