Job Summary As a Frozen Food Clerk, you help keep frozen products available, organized, clean, and appealing for customers. You support daily store operations through attentive service, careful merchandising, and routine department upkeep. Responsibilities
- Stock and arrange frozen food products, rotate items, and maintain transparent, orderly displays.
- Assist customers with product questions, provide courteous service, and support retail sales and cashiering as needed.
- Clean and maintain freezers and surrounding areas, follow store procedures, and report equipment or maintenance concerns.
- Use organizational and communication skills to coordinate tasks with colleagues; operate a forklift when needed and trained to do so.
