Job Overview The Cashier and Stock Clerk supports smooth store operations by assisting customers, processing purchases, and keeping merchandise organized and available. - Operate the POS, handle cash, and complete transactions accurately using basic math.
- Assist customers with product questions, demonstrate products, and support retail sales, including technology sales and appropriate upselling.
- Receive, organize, replenish, and merchandise stock; maintain orderly displays and communicate inventory needs to colleagues.
- Provide courteous in-person and phone service, using explicit communication and time management to balance customer needs with store tasks.
