Review customer accounts and documents as a Robinhood Account Operations Associate, working in person at least three days weekly in Denver or Westlake.
This associate supports account opening and maintenance processes at Robinhood. You will review applications, analyze customer documents, handle account changes, and communicate with internal partners. The work requires attention to detail, problem-solving, customer understanding, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review vendor and employee operational case escalations
- Check customer documents and process vital account changes
- Perform daily account maintenance requests and troubleshooting
- Communicate account processes with teams and customers
- Identify process gaps and suggest departmental improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to meet productivity and efficiency goals
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Independent decision-making within established frameworks
