In this 12-month contract position where you will develop territory level business and customer plans, which includes effective analysis of territory
- and site-level data, identification of opportunities and risks, supported by quantified building blocks to achieve sustainable and profitable sales goals. Plans will be individually owned and aligned to the business' Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) and deliver performance through compliance, efficiency‐creation, upselling and identifying new sales opportunities expanding dispensary size & product application. Plan and execute against territory and customer level strategies. Execute in line with defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that will drive sustainable, profitable territory sales growth. Prioritize growth of existing accounts while scouting new business through drop ins, cold calls, and drive current client acquisition to continue expansion of the territory. Effectively negotiate store‐level educational and promotional activities including purchases leveraging available resources including pre‐approved allowances/discounts and coop, POP, etc. Maximize impactful sales‐focused face to face customer interactions that result in sustainable and profitable business partnerships.



Adhere to all company principles, policies, including financial compliance Receive and document each product complaint using section A of the product complaint report (CSP-001 Appendix A) and immediately forward to Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs department Provide support in the notification of applicable accounts in the event of a product recall 2+ years of successful retail sales or related business experience (experience in health and wellness, nutrition, or supplements industry is an asset). ~ Post-secondary education in a business and/or science‐related field. ~ Demonstrated ability to understand and use scientific and clinical information effectively to support the use of Nestlé Health Science and Specialty Vitamins, Minerals and Health Supplements products. ~ A strong sense of ownership, personal accountability and resourcefulness, outstanding organizational skills, effective time management, exceptional prioritization abilities, proficient in project management, with a keen eye for detail. ~ Candidate should be open to frequent travel within the assigned territory, and occasional travel outside the territory. ~ Computer literacy and expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ~ Flexible and hybrid work arrangements ~ Excellent training and development programs as well as opportunities to grow within the company ~ Up to 50% off –Coffee Machine, Capsules and accessories ~ Access to the Discount Company store with Nestlé, Nespresso, and Purina products (Located across various Nestle offices/sites) ~ Compensation Range: $80,000.00 CAD to $90,000.00 CAD This position offers a competitive salary within the range specified above, aligned with our commitment to equitable pay practices.
