The Logistics Associate is responsible for the accurate preparation, processing, and control of transportation documentation and administrative records. This role supports daily transportation operations by ensuring trip packages, shipment documents, and system records are complete, accurate, and properly archived. Reporting to the Transportation Supervisor the Logistics Associate focuses on documentation integrity, audit support, and administrative follow-through, enabling smooth execution and accurate reporting across transportation operations. Scan and archive Proofs of Delivery (PODs) and Bills of Lading (BOLs). Data Accuracy & Audit Support Perform Provision audits and other data accuracy checks as required. Identify data discrepancies, missing documentation, or errors and report issues for correction. Assist with service-related reports by compiling documentation and supporting data. Provide administrative support for service investigations and follow-up as required. Administrative & Operational Support Support transportation operations with administrative tasks and reporting as required.



Assist supervisors and managers with data preparation and documentation requests. Reduced rework and follow-up due to documentation or data errors.
