In this role, you will provide business and relationship management as well as planning support to Investment Advisors (IAs) to enable them to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. Assist IA in building integrated and customized solutions based on clients' unusual needs Demonstrate financial planning expertise to support IA and produce high quality plans that exceed client expectations and improve client retention and loyalty Participate in client meetings and the wealth planning process; Maintain a culture of risk management; adhere to internal policies and procedures and protect the interests of the Bank by monitoring and raising transaction activity as required Monitor service quality and productivity; implement continuous improvement Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred ~ Successful candidates will be required to be licensed as a Registered Representative (RR) with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) ~2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in banking, administrative roles,
