This Human Resources Coordinator supports recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations administration. The role maintains confidential records, updates HR systems, and assists with Ontario employment legislation compliance. Success requires organization, discretion, communication, and accurate follow-through across competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Post advertisements, screen applications, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates
- Prepare offers, agreements, forms, policy acknowledgements, and training documentation
- Coordinate orientations and required onboarding activities for current employees
- Maintain accurate employee files, HR systems, letters, and reports




- Support payroll changes, benefits administration, and employee inquiries

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- One to three years of HR administration or coordination experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and HR practices
- Experience with HR systems, payroll, benefits, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organization, communication, confidentiality, judgment, and attention to detail
