Lead complex building projects for MP Lundy Construction across Eastern Ontario, directing site operations, schedules, quality, safety, and budgets. This Site Superintendent provides overall on-site management, administrative direction, and technical leadership. You will enforce project policies, coordinate construction activities, and ensure work follows approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and building codes. Experience with buildings construction is required.

Key Responsibilities

Lead health, safety, and environmental protection on projects Drive schedules, milestones,



and completion dates with project teams Supervise field employees and verify timesheet coding Lead stakeholder meetings and track project progression Maintain detailed daily reports of site activities

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of construction management experience Heavy focus on current building construction projects Experience with $20M to $70M project values Essential ICI construction experience and current practices knowledge Valid Ontario G driver’s license and travel availability Bring construction leadership, scheduling expertise, and building project experience to MP Lundy Construction sites across Eastern Ontario.
