Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, this advisor supports the design, administration, and evolution of business-aligned programs. The work spans compensation analysis, market benchmarking, benefits administration, and leave management. You will help deliver equitable practices across ALDO and Call It Spring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct compensation analyses and job evaluations
- Analyze market survey data and salary competitiveness
- Recommend pay actions for hires and promotions
- Administer benefits and follow up on employee cases
- Manage leave cases with providers and managers

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum five years of compensation and benefits experience
- Experience with benchmarking and compensation recommendations
- Advanced Excel and robust HRIS aptitude
- Strong analysis, accuracy, communication, and relationship skills
