Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB. This position is responsible for responding to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing product information, and assisting with order placement, changes, and tracking. The role includes resolving issues related to pricing, delivery timelines, and product specifications, while maintaining accurate records in the company’s systems. The Customer Service Representative will collaborate with production, sales,



and logistics teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently and customer expectations are met. This role also involves proactively following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identifying opportunities to improve the overall customer experience. Qualifications
• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction.
• Ability to enhance Customer Experience and collaborate effectively with other Customer Service Representatives.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort using phones, email, and computer systems to manage orders and customer records.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries at once.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or distribution environment is an asset.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or administration is beneficial.
• Ability to work in office in Calgary, AB and contribute positively to a team-oriented environment.
