Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter role located in Victoria, BC. The Carpenter will perform a variety of restoration and renovation tasks, including framing, installing, and repairing structural and finish components in residential and commercial properties. Daily responsibilities include interpreting drawings and work orders, measuring and cutting materials, assembling and installing framing and finish carpentry elements,



and using hand and power tools safely and efficiently. The role also involves working closely with site supervisors and other trades, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and ensuring all carpentry work meets company standards and local building codes. The Carpenter will contribute to water, fire, and wind damage repairs, as well as general renovations and property improvements. Qualifications
• Strong carpentry skills, including experience with framing and finish carpentry.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and safe work procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, scopes of work, and written instructions.
• Experience in restoration, renovations, or property repair environments is an asset.
• Good physical stamina, manual dexterity, and ability to work in crawlspaces and varied site conditions.
• Reliable transportation and readiness to work on-site across Greater Victoria.
• Solid teamwork, communication skills, and a focus on quality and safety.
• Relevant trade certification or apprenticeship in carpentry is an asset.
