Responsibilities:
• Work Safely; following all safety precautions and procedures to ensure no injuries occur
• Set up, adjust and operate metal forming machinery
• Work with close tolerances as per work order
• Inspect the product using testing equipment and verify correct measurements
• Examine the finished products to ensure that they meet customer requirements and industry standards
• Maintain work area equipment in a clean and orderly fashion

Requirements:
• Ability to use hand held measurement instruments like caliper and micrometer.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset/
• Experience with lathe and punch presses will be given preference.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Able to operate basic hand tools e.g grinder, polisher, multiple saws.
• Perform own basic quality and inspections checks.
• Basic Shop Math.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds. The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 6:30am-4:00pm and Friday 6:30am-10:30am. pay rate is 21-23 per hour
