We’re hiring: Sales Associate, Tempest Aviation Group (Kelowna, BC) Tempest is looking for a full-time sales skilled with aviation parts knowledge and a drive to close. You’ll get mentorship, room to grow, and the backing of our supportive Kelowna team.

As one of the world’s most experienced suppliers to the aviation industry, Tempest Aviation provides the entire range of services required for rotary aircraft. Tempest Aviation Group specializes in helicopters and parts sales. What you’ll do
• Drive parts sales from first contact through to closing
• Respond to inquiries, present product information and pricing, and prepare quotations
• Manage and update listings for incoming inventory, aircraft on offer, and monthly parts specials
• Work with our internal teams to confirm accurate availability and delivery timelines
• Support sales reporting, take part in product-line training, and bring ideas that improve our sales strategy and customer experience What you bring
• 3 to 5 years minimum of helicopter experience
• Proven sales skills in prospecting,



qualifying opportunities, and closing transactions
• Experience in sales management or coordination, such as tracking pipelines, setting follow-ups, and supporting sales goals
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication, and a customer-first approach that builds trust
• Comfort with CRM systems, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and standard office software
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in an on-site team
• Comfortable using OEM websites and navigating through manuals
• Post-secondary education in aviation is an asset
• Valid passport and driver’s license
• Legally allowed to work in Canada
