The Front Store Manager leads daily practices supporting customers, employees, suppliers, and the Store Operator. Responsibilities include employee engagement, returns and complaints, security, cash processes, purchasing, pricing, and promotional execution. You will help align store operations with Neighbourly Pharmacy policies, budgets, and supplier programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote Neighbourly Pharmacy policies and positive employee practices
- Oversee returns, complaints, security, and employee discounts
- Ensure opening, closing, alarm, and day-end procedures
- Assist budgeting,



purchasing, pricing, and margin strategies
- Monitor trends and adjust promotions, product mix, or merchandising

Requirements:

- Retail management experience of two or more years preferred
- People management and interpersonal skills
- Motivation, active listening, and respectful communication abilities
- Professional communication with customers, staff, and suppliers
- Valid driver's licence and Criminal Record Check
