The Fill Compounder supports softgel development and manufacturing at Catalent's Windsor, Ontario site. This position compounds, checks, and dispenses raw materials for batch processes. Accuracy, documentation, equipment preparation, and compliance remain central to daily work. The role works closely with production teams to maintain productive processes and meets Good Manufacturing Practices requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compound raw materials according to Master formulas and procedures
- Check and dispense materials required for batches
- Clean equipment and preparation rooms for batch processes
- Drain and deaerate fill material batches when required
- Complete required documentation accurately and maintain organized work areas
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or recognized educational equivalent
- One or more years' manufacturing or pharmaceutical experience preferred
- Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks
