The Fit4Less Manager leads Club Associates and manages processes, expectations, and duties across the location. This position oversees cleanliness, member concerns, team development, and financial performance. It also supports an automated brand through consistent service and effective action plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Associates in delivering friendly customer service
- Complete and oversee cleanliness duties and standards
- Resolve escalated member complaints and concerns
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop direct reports
- Achieve revenue goals while controlling expenses
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Experience leading, training, and inspiring teams
- Experience exceeding individual and team sales goals
- Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
