CIBC in Halifax is seeking a Client Engagement Associate to be the first line of support in our Banking Centre. You will help clients with transactions, explain digital banking options, and connect them with the right specialists to meet their financial goals.

You'll work in a quick-paced, relationship-focused environment, with opportunities to grow while supporting multiple banking centres within travel distance. This on-site role requires a customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.
