Reporting to the Manager, Operations, the Billing Administrator supports daily telecommunications job-site activities. The work includes project billing, invoice coding, purchase orders, financial records, cost tracking, timesheets, and documentation. Aecon Telecommunications delivers fiber installations, 5G network expansions, and legacy network services through Aecon Utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit accurate project billing with complete supporting documentation
- Reconcile invoices, purchase orders, work orders, and billing records
- Track project costs, allowances, expenditures, and forecasting information




- Maintain financial records and support month-end reporting activities
- Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, clients, and internal departments

Requirements:

- Experience in an administrator position
- Construction industry experience considered an asset
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion handling confidential or personal material
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities
