The Graphic Designer plays a key role in supporting marketing initiatives by creating and developing impactful and consistent visual content across all brand touchpoints. This role actively contributes to the ideation and visual evolution of campaigns, products, and events, while ensuring efficient and optimized production through the use of modern tools, including artificial intelligence technologies.

Responsibilities

Creative & Visual Development

- Design and produce a wide range of marketing assets, including brochures, digital visuals, social media content, banners, presentations, videos, and multimedia content
- Actively participate in the ideation and visual development of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Ensure visual consistency by adhering to brand guidelines across all platforms
- Adapt and scale visual concepts across various formats, channels, and target audiences
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate needs into creative and effective visual solutions
- Leverage and integrate artificial intelligence and automation tools to improve efficiency, accelerate production, and support the creative process
- Manage files, follow naming conventions, and maintain well‐organized digital asset libraries
- Manage internal print production and coordinate external print projects with vendors
- Continuously optimize production workflows and recommend process improvements

Visual Content & Marketing Support

- Capture photo and video content (products, events, employee portraits, etc.)
- Support video editing and content production
- Contribute to the preparation of visual materials for events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and the development of visual concepts and storyboards
- Propose creative ideas aligned with current trends and marketing objectives
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and other internal teams

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro,



After Effects)
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Express or similar tools
- Strong interest in AI tools applied to design (visual generation, automation, content optimization)
- Good understanding of digital and print formats
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‐paced workplace
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and quality
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written. We are looking for someone proficient in English to communicate with contacts across Canada and with colleagues in the United States.

Education & Experience

- Degree in graphic design, communications, marketing, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in a B2B or technical marketing environment is an asset
