Deliver customer-focused technical support within CDW's Managed Services NOC, using monitoring systems and troubleshooting across essential infrastructure technologies.

As an Associate Network Analyst, you will support multiple customers in a 24/7/365 NOC environment. Your technical coverage includes networking, security, virtualization, patching, servers, storage, and public cloud. Success requires excellent customer service, effective collaboration, succinct communication, and the ability to take direction. You will follow ITIL practices while responding to alerts, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining customer environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor systems and respond to operational alerts
- Support, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues




- Patch customer environments and administer infrastructure
- Coordinate vendors for hardware troubleshooting, repair, or replacement
- Collaborate with internal and external teams

Requirements:

- Experience using ticketing and monitoring systems
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking, storage, and basic security
- Technical training, industry experience, or vendor certifications
- Ability to complete security clearances
- Availability for rotating 12-hour shifts
