As an Outbound Warehouse Supervisor, you will support warehouse team members using Motorola RF scanners, Zebra printers, tablets, and CANVAS. You will coach colleagues, conduct Material Handling Training, and help meet Engineered Labour Standards. The position also oversees product selection, replenishment, assembly, and loading.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support colleagues with warehouse technology systems and devices
- Coach teams toward productivity goals and improved performance
- Conduct Material Handling Training for warehouse colleagues
- Complete inspections, coach cards,



observations, and facility audits
- Manage product selection, replenishment, assembly, and loading

Requirements:

- Minimum two years' logistics or warehouse experience
- Preferred five years' logistics or warehouse experience
- Preferred warehouse supervisory experience
- High School Diploma required
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
