Paladin Security serves healthcare facilities across the Cranbrook region. You will escort medical teams and patients, patrol local sites, and maintain a visible, professional presence. The position requires incident reporting, conflict resolution, and calm communication during high-stress situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely escort medical teams and patients across regional facilities
- Patrol healthcare facilities and keep property secure
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and hospital emergency codes
- Apply de-escalation and non-violent crisis intervention techniques
- Write detailed incident reports and security logs
Requirements:
- Valid British Columbia Security License
- Valid British Columbia Class 5 driver's license
- Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Robust communication, observation, and conflict resolution skills
