As a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust, you will support frontline Personal and Commercial Banking services. You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, resolve concerns, and promote a positive branch experience. The role requires careful handling of confidential matters and timely business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other financial transactions
- Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions

Requirements:

- High School diploma or one year relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
- Solid organizational, planning, administration, and time management skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
- Calm, courteous verbal and written communication skills
