As a Customer Service Representative, you will help Peace Country Petroleum deliver service for Esso Fuels and Mobil Lubricants. The position supports customers, office staff, sales, and operations through organized administration. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, processing documentation, and improving customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide inside sales support and assist with customer orders
- Respond to inquiries by phone and email
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Reconcile inventory information, reports, and vouchers




- Identify process, efficiency, and service improvement opportunities
