As a Financial Planner, you provide financial and investment planning aligned with customer goals. You sell managed products, including mutual funds and retirement savings plans, while referring additional needs to business partners. You also support business development and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate investment solutions
- Generate appointments through outreach and community relationship building
- Sell managed products and services aligned with customer goals
- Identify referrals for banking, lending, and investment products
- Execute timely, accurate, and productive customer service
Requirements:
- Three to five years of relevant experience typically required
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
- Required Financial Planner licensing and registration
- Advanced knowledge of the financial industry
- In-depth communication, analytical, influence, and collaboration skills
