Lead daily warehouse operations through receiving, picking, loading, and material handling while supporting shift leadership and productivity goals. NFI's Warehouse Operations Lead coordinates people, processes, and equipment under the Operations Supervisor's direction.
This position assists with supervising warehouse activities and directing employee assignments. You will support material handling, forklift responsibilities, safety compliance, quality, productivity, inventory organization, and operational training. The role also requires communication with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate receiving, put away, picking, and loading processes
- Direct employee work assignments toward shift goals
- Provide hands-on material handling and forklift support
- Train employees on operational SOPs and WIs
- Maintain secure, clean, orderly warehouse operations
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Warehouse Management System experience
- Microsoft Office experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- MHE experience or willingness to learn
