We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to lead a team of 10-20 employees while coordinating shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and daily operations. What You'll Be Doing

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-20 employees
- Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and logistics activities
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time
- Set priorities and allocate resources to meet daily operational demands
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient operation
- Support inventory accuracy and operational excellence initiatives
- Assist with scheduling, training, and workforce planning
