The Sales Associate supports Clearly as a premier destination for vision needs in the community. This role builds customer relationships, recommends lenses and coatings, and assists with frame selection. You will coordinate frames with optical measurements, consult with Opticians, and contribute to professional store relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales plans and company objectives consistently
- Recommend lenses and coatings using optical prescriptions
- Assist patients selecting frames and vision solutions
- Conduct measurements with appropriate optical tools
- Maintain clean, attractive, organized displays and inventory
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least one year in retail or customer service
- Familiarity with point of sale systems and computers
- Basic phone and math skills
- Robust oral and written communication skills
