Drive Arc'teryx guest experience from the sales floor using technical product knowledge, coaching skills, and confident retail leadership.
In this Store Lead position, you will maintain awareness across the floor while supporting Product Guides and store performance. You will help lead five business pillars: experience, product, community, operations, and people. Your responsibilities include coaching, inventory management, transactions, partner networking, communications, and daily operational priorities. Leadership experience and retail experience are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion floor leadership five days each week
- Support Product Guides with technical product knowledge
- Build community through brand and event information
- Process receiving,
restocking, destocking, and visual merchandising
- Manage sales targets, labor, and budget tools
