Support talent acquisition at Calgary Airports as a full-time Co-op Student with recruitment coordination and Microsoft Office skills in a hybrid setting. The 16-month term starts January 4, 2027.
You will support student recruitment, campus activities, and broader People initiatives. The position provides exposure to scheduling, documentation, onboarding, presentations, and employee engagement events. You will work with the People Team and hiring leaders to support recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support student recruitment and campus activities
- Coordinate recruitment schedules, documentation, files, and reporting
- Assist onboarding, orientation, and candidate experience initiatives
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, recruitment materials, and swag
- Coordinate recruitment, People, and employee engagement events
Requirements:
- Enrollment in a qualifying post-secondary program requiring a work term
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a RAIC
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organization and written and verbal communication
- Proactive, curious approach with relationship-building skills
