Reporting to the Yard Supervisor, the Delivery Driver operates vehicles and equipment responsibly. The work includes inspections, documentation, loading, securing, transporting, and unloading Home Centre products. You will also support inventory verification, ordering, receiving, and delivery reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Home Centre products safely to customers
- Operate vehicles under company policies and safety regulations
- Complete inspections, documentation, and required reporting
- Load, secure, transport, and unload merchandise
- Assist customers with delivery placement and protected handling
Requirements:
- Valid Class 3 license with airbrakes
- Satisfactory five-year Commercial driver's abstract
- Ability to complete required pre-employment substance testing
- Ability to repeatedly handle items up to 80 pounds
- Knowledge of Home Centre products
