Reporting to the Regional Manager, this Personal Insurance Advisor manages client relationships, coverage options, and assigned business. The work includes prospecting, sales objectives, policy reviews, and cross-selling ONE Insurance products and services. Manitoba licensing and industry experience support success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide qualified personal lines insurance counsel to clients
- Build rapport with existing, assigned, and new clients
- Prospect customers, action leads, and achieve growth objectives
- Manage assigned Personal Lines Book of Business
- Place coverage, review policies, and support Autopac transactions

Requirements:

- Minimum two years managing a Personal Lines book preferred
- Current Level 2 or 3 Manitoba Insurance License
- Full CAIB designation considered a strong asset
- Other insurance lines experience considered an asset
- Organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and effective communicator
