Lead welding production with safety, quality, and workforce coordination at Meridian Manufacturing Inc. This position oversees department activities and personnel.

The Production Supervisor coordinates production-related activities and employees within the assigned area. The supervisor enforces safe work procedures, communicates production expectations, and supports timely completion. The position also maintains quality standards, efficient employee placement, and production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enforce safety regulations and correct personal protective equipment use
- Review incident reports and confirm Protected Work Procedures
- Monitor inspections, rework, NCRs, and quality programs
- Coordinate employees, Line Leaders, training, and performance reviews




- Analyze work orders, schedules, outputs, and production requirements

Requirements:

- Knowledge of welding processes or welding manufacturing management experience
- Minimum five years production experience, preferably in leadership
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- CWB and CWB Supervisor certifications preferred
- Knowledge of safety regulations and strong problem-solving skills
